The French Fitness weighted vest can be added to virtually any bodyweight exercise and can help improve your cardio capacity, muscular endurance, and overall strength. It is deal for weighted training, speed training, balance training, fitness training and athlete training. The French Fitness Adjustable Weighted Vest features removable weight rods so you can increase and decrease resistance to suit your needs. The added foam padding in the shoulders and vest body ensures your comfort by relieving pressure and making it breathable.

Coming in 20 and 40 lbs variants, the vest uses a unique cross-strap design to keep your movements locked down.
