French Fitness FSR70 Dual Cable Smith & Half Rack System

The FSR70 is a complete training system that combines arm and leg stations for strengthening different muscle groups and executing comprehensive workouts, without switching between gym equipment. The FSR70 is made with a heavy-duty steel frame reinforced with a durable powder coated finish.

Note: Bench and Olympic weight plates are not included as standard and are accessories.

“Love this rack and I love working out at home! Assembly: If you choose to put it together yourself, you would need an extra set of hands to help hold the supports in place to get the bolts in, but once you have the frame complete, it takes a little time, but fairly straight forward and most likely do not need an extra person. I did not use a 2nd person to assist. Machine works great! Would buy the same one if I had to do it over again.”
